COLLABORATIVE
FAMILY LAW:
It is our strong belief that the more parties can work together to resolve the issues arising from
separation and divorce, the more satisfied and happier they will be with the outcome. The collaborative approach puts decision-making
entirely in the hands of the parties and empowers them to follow through. This is especially important for families with
children, as the parents will have to work together in the future to continue to raise their children.
Ms. Wagner
has been trained in and is committed to the collaborative law process. For more information about separation, divorce and
the collaborative process, Click here
